Withdrawing from a class BEFORE the session begins
If a family withdraws before the session begins, tuition will be refunded by check only, less a $20 service charge. The Family Registration fee is non-refundable. Customers may elect to receive a 100% credit to their dance account instead, to be used within one year’s time. To request a refund, please contact our office. Refunds will be issued the second week of the session. You will receive the amount paid, minus $20, in the form of a check by the third week of the session. No refunds will be given once the session begins.
Refund Deadlines for the 2017-2018 Year:
FALL 2017 SESSION – Must withdraw by Saturday, September 9, 2017.
SPRING 2018 SESSION – Must withdraw Saturday, Saturday January 28, 2018.
SUMMER 2018 SESSION – Must withdraw Saturday, TBD.
Withdrawing from a class AFTER the session begins
For fall or spring session, a credit for 50% of class tuition applied to family dance account, to be used within one year’s time. To request a credit, please contact our office. Note: Due to the length of the summer session and our commitment to the staff who give up their time in the sun to teach, we are unable to offer credits or refunds once the session begins. However, we will do our best to shuffle the student to another class or camp if space is available.
FALL 2017 SESSION – Must withdraw by Saturday, September 30, 2017.
SPRING 2018 SESSION – Must withdraw by Saturday, February 26, 2018.
